A robust IT infrastructure is the foundation for a clinic to use the health information technologies. We take time to design the infrastructure keeping the availability, security, performance and supportability in mind. We firmly believe that the reasonable investment in the quality hardware helps in reducing the overall cost of ownership over the years. Once the design is approved, we do from planning to implementation of the setup. At the end, we test the infrastructure for its robustness following our patent pending process.

Preventive maintenance includes upgrades and patches for firmware and software. We do it after office hours so that it does not have impact on the office flow during the work hours. Whenever there is a hardware failure, we work with the vendors to either get the replacement if it is under warranty or get the new one and install it. The remote support works for 90% of the tasks but there is still a need to have someone available on-site for the tasks that can’t be effectively done remotely. We are a local company to provide you the on-site support as and when needed.

All clinics using technology have reliance on a stable network infrastructure. If the network infrastructure is not providing network services smoothly, it may bring the business to halt specially when clinic is using EMR systems. We install, configure and maintain network switches, security routers and wireless access point.
